The website does not go into as much detail as the Home Depot website, however the list surpasses greatly the benefits which HBC and Walmart offer on their sites.

The key with programs offered by these companies is to not be afraid to ask for them from your employer. Speaking from experience, employers won’t go out of their way to tell you about such programs.
Also, it is important to ask about periodic pay raises. Some companies offer pay raises from time to time after employee performance reviews are completed. Again, speaking from experience employers won’t go out of their way to let you know when you are due for a performance review. Although it shouldn’t be the case, it is up to you to advocate for yourself when you are due for a pay raise.
